The process was painless. I recall sitting there before working with a knowledgeable woman to get my insurance plan drafted. I wasn't there long. She gave me a huge road atlas, which was my driving bible that guided me along my numerous road trips. I wore my atlas down so much that it looked beat up. I noticed recently that I still have a neon keychain from Bruce Fujan State Farm with a coiled end that acts as a wrist strap. It doesn't glow in the dark, but it's so bright that it should! I paid for insurance monthly. It came out of my chequing account each month and was perfect for my needs as a new resident of Rochester. I had my car for three years. Terminating my insurance plan was straightforward when my lease was nearly over. I called and had it all set up. It was nice to stop by last week and still see my former insurance company still there. I remember getting nice Christmas cards from this place each year, which was a nice gesture.
