Mueller to call me back only for her staff to disregard my requests. The staff neglected to inform Mueller that I needed to speak to her and discuss my recent health tests. On top of all this, C. Mueller told me that she promised to call me back with the results and never received any phone calls from her. Because of this, I am not going back to this office again. Dr. Kadish immediately responded to the E.R. from his home. My brother was brought into the operating room. They were able to remove the impaction with a combination of medication to relax the esophagus and with an endoscope. My brother did not need to be surgically treated. It was a lifesaver. My husband's mother had colon cancer when she was in her early 20's. In her 40's, she had another bought of colon cancer, as well is in her 60's. She did live until she was 80 years old, but with recurrence of colon cancer, it places all of her children at high risk. So my husband goes for screening colonoscopies every 5 years. The procedure is painless, as he is placed under conscious sedation. The procedure can be videotaped for future viewing if it has to be. The doctor (Fenster) and nurses are all very caring and take their time to answer all questions. Due to irritable bowel disease, I also go in for periodic check-ups and colonoscopies. The premises are very clean, the equipment is state-of-the-art and the personnel are very professional and compassionate. The front desk personnel are also very professional. I do not hesitate recommending this practice to all that need any type of gastroenterological care. Hemorrhoids, reflux, stomach pain, gas, rectal bleeding, etc. I feel like I am in very safe hands at this establishment.
