Im here, visiting friends who are trying to talk me into bringing my business to DelRay Beach. We went to an open house for a multi-million dollar property and that's how I got the name of Posh Realty. Buyer beware! "Posh" apparently means JERK at this agency! I walked to the agency to see what kind of commercial property they had for sale. I guess they were angry because it was false advertising. They had ZERO commercial property! I was open to ANY type of property. When I let the broker know that, she said "Thats not how we do things here, you tell us what you want and we find it for you." I did tell her. I was interested in ANY property, as my budget to purchase was 100 million. AND I HAVE PROOF OF FUNDS!!! So, I said.. are there any positive cash flow companies? And she said "No, we have nothing for you." I left. What a horrid broker. I do have the sales lady's name and that poor woman should not be punished for what the owner of a company does. I waited 30 Days to post this review to give Benjamin the benefit of the doubt, to give him a…read morechance to prove his word as a property management company but here is the proof that he is a SCAM artist. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.
