A representative of Delta Dental emailed to the email address on your business card a schedule of my benefits showing I had no copay together with instructions on how to access that information on line. That same day another representative of Delta Dental gave me a phone number to pass along to the office assistant so she could call and verify I had no co-pay. When I tried to bring both the phone number and e-mail to her attention to resolve the issue that day, the office assistant rudely informed me that she did not need me to tell her how to do her job, and refused to cancel or refund the copay she had charged. I received an EOB from Delta Dental verifying I have no copay so it would seem your office has too; however I mailed a copy to the address on your business card.

Maybe you see the dentist for a filling or a more complex appointment - a root canal or a crown. Even those tend to be things you schedule at least. Today I had the "opportunity" to assess how North Hills treats their patients in a less common situation - I tripped and broke off part of my front tooth, leaving it ragged and sharp and leaving me freaked out and stressed. I came as a walk-in to a fully booked day, and still received the kindest care I could have hoped for. No promises it would/could be taken care of immediately, but that they could assess it and make a plan. In fact, Dr Rowly was able to do a temporary fix for me, and staff was able to get me in next week for the permanent repair. With luck, this is a once in a lifetime event for me - but the absolute professionalism, care and concern I was afforded was everything I could have hoped for and more. I landed with North Hills because my previous dentist retired. Wow did I luck out. If you are looking for a new dental home, North Hills has a lot to offer. To the entire team today - including those at the front desk who were pretty awesome too - thank you. I was very stressed; a lot more than I let on. You all were just the best.

She is refusing to give me my records, has blocked Dr. Youngblood from accessing them which is crazy because I was his patient not hers. She is extremely unprofessional when I spoke with her. Her staff are very rude and were talking about me and saying my name very loud. They don't have a front desk anymore. I also know she isn't supposed to be withholding my records as I'm still a patient at evergreen even though I only saw Dr.Youngblood my records don't move with him to his new location. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL will be talking with lawyers and the board. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!

He is very knowledgeable and compassionate, always going the extra mile for us. When my wife had a challenging diagnosis, he bent over backwards to make sure she was taken care of in every way possible. We can't thank him enough for all he has done for us. We just moved out of the area and can only hope we get another dentist that is close to how well he has much he has done for us and how he has consistently treated us over multiple years. Thanks! We recently had a housefire and needed to meet with a contractor at the same time of as the dental appointment. Unfortunately, the office insisted on charging us a $50 cancellation fee for missing the appointment. There are some things in life which you have no control over such as when contractors will start to repair your house. Some flexibility would've been greatly appreciated! All that said, we will most likely return to Dr Forster as he is a good dentist.

I went to see Dr. Forster for tooth pain and ended up needing a crown for a cracked molar. Dr. Forster's manner is gentle and welcoming, and he was very kind and talked me through everything thoroughly before any work commenced. There were a couple of moments during the process where I was obviously needing a break and he suggested such, and didn't make me feel like he was rushed or impatient at all. The entire team was skillful and kind. I feel like I finally found a dentist I'm comfortable with!
