I had to go back at least 10 times to have changes made. Although some were my changes, most were errors in the drawings. In the end my framer couldn't work effectively withe the drawings, and I have had to get several of them redone. Ron Montoya called my framer an idiot, but as a designer I know a good set of drawings from a poor one, and these were of very low quality. They also do not look at your design when they put in details, but just grab standard details from their catalogue which, in many cases, have nothing to do with my design. The whole process took much longer than it should have and put us behind schedule.

He was also very diligent about always being available to answer any of my questions or address any of my concerns. I called Mike many times afterwards for small odd jobs that I wanted completed around the house and he had no problem with those. They aren't just a big guy looking for big jobs. My first meeting was with Mr. Siegel. He was very patient and I hope he realized that he had bunch of novices in his office. There were several "deer in the headlights" moments. We discussed what we wanted and after several drawings, settled on the ideal house. We are now 7 months into construction. He has been incredibly helpful and patient with all of the steps. He suggested a contractor who is very talented and we are actually ahead of schedule. Jonathan has made many suggestions and provided options that made our house unique. I can't believe how fortunate I was to meet with him first as I did not need to meet with the other architects. I could tell that he understood what we wanted and we are close to finishing a dream project. I can't recommend him more highly.
