They have a small compartment where they sell carpets too. The main thing I actually hated was that there were no price Tags on any of the items. You have to ask them for a price for everything. They just showed up no phone call and when I asked the guy why no call ahead he just looked at me . They never really said two words the entire time they where here until they said we need you to sign here . Then after seating I the chairs I noticed they do not sit anything alike one sits very comfy like the one in the store the other one was very uncomfortable. So I called the store and tried to speak with the manager I was told she was busy and would have to call me back , she called back and I told her my issue she said she would order me another one and it should be there on Thursday this was on Monday . She said she would call me on Thursday and let me know it was there so I could come check it out. No call on Thursday so I called the store around 4 and they said she was busy and my chair wasn't there but they would have her call me back so Friday came and left and Saturday by noon I called back same girl answer the phone and tells me the same story manager is busy and will call me back never heard from her so I called the corporate office and filed a complaint Monday morning and was told as soon as the store opened they would contact them and get back to me waited all day nothing so I called them back at 430 and she put me on hold to call the manager of the store . She then came back and said oh the manager said its been there since Thursday at this point I am not a happy customer and they do not seem to care. Then the girl said well the manager said she will bring it Thursday didn't ask me if it was ok with me at all I said no I work mon threw fri have to be Saturday morning she said oh where busy it will have to be in two weeks at this point I would never buy anything else from badcock stores and I would never recommend anyone shopping with them!!! We shall see if this gets resolved .
