Every time we walk into the store, we discover something special that we simply can't live without. One of the things I love most is their selection of local Lake Keowee décor, mixed with gorgeous statement pieces and one-of-a-kind antiques that you won't find anywhere else. The store is beautifully curated and full of character. I always make a point to stop by whenever I'm on Ram Cat Alley. At least this was my experience from the Seneca store. Right after my "new" couch was delivered, I found some gouges in the side of it. I called them, and they said that they knew about it and that was why it was on sale. But they didn't tell me that before I purchased it. They "graciously" offered to pick up the couch and refund my money or sell me a new one at full price.

The left side of the recliner works fine, but the right side has always been "sticky", meaning sometimes it is hard to open, and sometimes your legs shoot up quickly. It does not show a lot of wear, but internally, it is worn out it creaks, and whoever sits on it, is sitting on a slant. it is uncomfortable, to say the least. I have made over a dozen calls and emails, which have either ignored, or I was promised they would send someone out, which has never happened. The last review I left, the manager asked under (the review) for me to call him. I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE times. They own their website, so any reviews can be easily be removed by management, which has now been done twice! Since owning this sofa, I now suffer from Sciatica, and have been seen by my doctor, Physical Therapists, and now a chiropractor. I have been told by medical professionals that it IS POSSIBLE for sciatica to develop from sitting on an uneven surface! If you do buy from these people, keep a log of phone calls. I had to go to my telephone provider to get a list of calls to Farmers Home Furniture, and luckily they were able to give it to me. Anyone know a good lawyer? Our Two seater recliner with a center console was AS FAR from a good value as a person could possibly get! It still looks good but does not "SIT RIGHT"! STAY FAR AWAY FROM FARMERS!

Just like a lot of folks, over a period of time wasting money on furniture that doesn't last we learned the lesson: Don't go cheap buying furniture that's inexpensively made. So much so that we returned and purchased an extremely well made sofa and TV stand. There was an issue with the two delivery guys who wanted twice the agreed price to bring this huge and heavy piece into our home.
