It works well, because I can run in quickly, and don't have to fight the crowds at the mall. The store is reasonably clean and organized, and I usually have no problem checking out quickly.

While standing in line the clerk tried to get the lady ahead of me to apply for their credit card many times. He loudly berated and made fun of this lady to another employee that was working the same register. He then forced her to scan the store app to her phone, so she could get the advertised price on the item. Then a manager announced there was another register open and I moved across the store to try and return the shirts. I told her about the berating of a customer over their credit card, and was told this is corporate policy to try and sell the credit card. I was told by two other store employees that pushing the store credit card was corporate policy. While waiting for a long time, at another register, I heard another clerk trying to push the credit card on 2 other customers ahead of me. They were both asked several times to apply for store credit, after saying no. When I gave the clerk my shirts and explained why I wished to return them, she scanned the tags and told my I could only receive a store gift card. I told her I would prefer cash, as my wife had paid cash, and there was nothing in the return policy about gift card only returns. She insisted on only a store gift card for the return and a manager was called. The manager pointed out to her that cash was an option for return. The clerk then insisted on getting my full name and phone number, before she'd do the return. Another manager came over and ultimately the money was returned for the shirts. Terrible customer service and over zealous pushing of the store credit card, by every store employee I witnessed on this encounter. We will never shop any Belk store again.

Shelves are a mess and only self checkout lines open with very long lines. No express lanes so you rot in line. This is such a disappointment. No wonder Amazon just passed them up. Experience does matter. Nobody really wants to visit a third world location unless in the third world. On leaving the store the greeter or the person who makes sure nobody rips them off was very nice. i asked him to share with the manager. Responded with this. " The management does not care. The complaints every day come in." i believe this person is correct. No leadership at this store in my opinion. i will now shop at Ingles even though prices little higher. The experience does matter. i feel for those that can't afford the choice.

I paid $10 for express order last night because I needed a crockpot last minute for my New Years…read morecelebration. They said it would be delayed 45 minutes, not an issue I understand they could be busy. Then they decide to tell me I won't get it until today & I still have not received my order!! They said they waived the express fee that money isn't back in my account either! I'm furious! I use Walmart delivery 3-4 times a week. Never again. It's 9:39 the day after I had to reschedule, still haven't received.

Emily's is the best boutique I've found in Seneca. This store is larger than most retail stores in…read morean average mall and they carry top brands. I was able to purchase a new wardrobe down to the shoes, jewelry and handbag. I was happy to find a large variety of Brighton which is nice. The clothes are priced competitively to other boutiques and the quality is top notch. To top it off their staff is very helpful and attentive and they offer alterations for a minimal fee. Love that they offer it all with excellent service. I would recommend this store to anyone who visits Seneca like I do.
