I don't think I was in her office over two minutes and I'm not exaggerating. Not only that - I never felt a thing! I had to ask if she had inserted the needle and by the time I asked she was finished! Thank you for hiring such great people! Thank you JC!

To make a long story short, here is are bullet points of what occurred: 1) Reached out to OM to ensure they accepted the new insurance plan I was considering. I was told by TWO different employees that they accepted it. 2) I used this insurance to see my doctor several times over a health concern. 3) Received a bill stating I would need to pay all out of pocket because OM didn't accept my plan. 4) Reached out to various departments at OM asking about this. After several attempts and many delays in getting someone to respond, I was finally told to speak to the office manager. 5) Office manager informed me they would look into it and see what could be done. Few weeks went by, no response. Reached out various times and finally heard back from a new office manager who told me she would look into the issue. 6) Several more weeks went by and still nothing. Left messages and emails and after about 4 months of this, was told I would need to speak to my insurance since they couldn't help me. 7) Due to the amount of time between having received the initial bill and finally being told I need to figure it out myself, I asked for them to please not send the bill to collections since I am very aware that medical offices will quickly take this route. 8) Was informed that they had already sent me to collections and there was nothing they could do about it and didn't even try to make it right by offering to refund my membership or anything else. 9) Had to pay the full bill through a collection agency which has now affect my credit all due to their staff being incompetent.

I spent a couple hours selecting a Primary Care Provider (PCP) that was covered under my insurance…read more I looked at the medical schools they attended and other information available on-line. I was shocked by how's many poor reviews existed either on the clinics billing practices or even the doctors themselves. Dr. Joseph Seelbaugh, MD was my first choice and fortunately he had an opening for an appointment fairly quickly. I prefer younger doctors who still have a passion for their chosen profession. Another plus was that he graduated from the local, well respected, University of Arizona Med School. He was everything I was looking for in a Primary Care Provider. He was friendly, knowledgeable, through, informative, and willing to patiently answer any of my questions. I also want to add that the other members of the clinic's staff were excellent. This was true from the helpful receptionist to the friendly nurse and even included the skilled phlebotomist that took a blood sample for routine tests.

I really liked the old location it was so convenient, but when you have a doctor's you trust- you try to keep up with them. I really liked my doctor's, professional, good bedside manners, medical background met my expectations and they take time with you.

She is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, compassionate and tough when she needs to be. She has a great sense of humor. Most importantly, she never rushes me out of there, and patiently answers all of my questions. I moved to another state for 3 years but still came back to see her for my checkups, etc. Also, the patient portal is great for emailing the doctor. She must work 24/7 because I get very timely responses. She definitely cares about her patients!!

Since my former dr left (Dr Jennifer Smith) I wasn't able to see one of this new dr. I have been given 3 different ones in 5 months but could not see any. Not even one hour ago I still had hope to see a new one. Nobody told me that it was a video call. How can you do a video for a patient you never saw. It is amazingly ridiculous. Are these new drs willing to work or is it just a social status: I AM A DR..... Sorry but I have been myself a dr for many years in a different country: I was at the office in person, welcoming the patients (no need of an unsmiling and seemed to be bothered person) attentive to the patient and taking time to talk to them. The attitude I encountered in this office in the last months is surprising, shameful and unacceptable. It is so far from the Hippocratic Oath that I took, that these drs took. It is amazing but when back home I went to the portal and could not get into. It took a few minutes for this unsmiling and seemed to be bothered lady to take me out of the portal, meaning I cannot get my file to go to a new dr. This lady will have another visit from me because my file belongs to me. Please AVOID this office, but anyway I don't give a long time before this office disappears. It is a shame and embarrassing for the "old Drs", they had another view and value of the medicine. A pity that I cannot give 0 star; it is what they deserve. Dr Christine Colvin
