Pam was given pictures, videos and audio (most of which was gathered by PI's) proving her husband's infidelity and negligence, but Pam would never use any of it. In fact, Pam claimed she was never given anything when in fact my friend gave her multiple flash-drives (full of pics, video & audio) and nearly 100 printed pictures. Pam seems to be losing her cognitive ability as she is very forgetful and seems to be bi-polar. Pam was cocky from the start and said she'd have no problem with getting things done but when her archnemesis, Wayne Fuller, was chosen by my friend's husband, Pam became like a spanked little puppy. Pam is all talk and no action. If you want to stand any chance in court, DO NOT get Pam to represent you. Then not responding to any follow-up emails. Later I found out that Mr. Kilgo and the opposing counsel have a close relationship and actually used to work together.
