I believe he knew about this mistake long before I did--long enough for the statute to run on any malpractice claim or lawsuit I could file against him. He made a lot of excuses and led me to believe there were other ways to handle this, but he never acted on them. I understand that we all make mistakes, but I don't understand his unwillingness to admit his and take care of this. I thought he was better than this and I would not recommend him to anyone. He's careless, takes on too much, doesn't take responsibility and he's deceptive.

Pam was given pictures, videos and audio (most of which was gathered by PI's) proving her husband's infidelity and negligence, but Pam would never use any of it. In fact, Pam claimed she was never given anything when in fact my friend gave her multiple flash-drives (full of pics, video & audio) and nearly 100 printed pictures. Pam seems to be losing her cognitive ability as she is very forgetful and seems to be bi-polar. Pam was cocky from the start and said she'd have no problem with getting things done but when her archnemesis, Wayne Fuller, was chosen by my friend's husband, Pam became like a spanked little puppy. Pam is all talk and no action. If you want to stand any chance in court, DO NOT get Pam to represent you.
