He ended up failing kindergarten due to absences numerous calls to CPS along with numerous calls from neighblrs no one did nothing i was never charged with neglect or abuse of my child she has admitted she does not want me to have my child and gives no reason. Fast forward 2018 my son was finaly removed due to my nieces taking pics of her crack pipes and no food. After CPS finally investigated they also found out through my neices and my son that he was being left alone for a whole day at a time. Everything i told marilyn lew the law guardians CPS was true and no one listened to me. Now since my sister was charged with neglect and pleaded guilty they changed my unlimited unsupervised to supervised visits just 2 hours a week. I did nothing for it to be changed but it did. The courts have dragged this case out over 12 months now and DSS has filed for termination of my parental rights. marilyn lew will make sure it does happen.
