After telling me what the settlement was going to be they tell me that they are waiting for medical reductions before they can finalize payment. During the last 27 months the communication was nonexistent. Every time I called someone new was assigned the case. In November, 2 years later, I received a call asking me if I wanted to accept a partial payment. I accepted the partial payment. Then in Dec 2025 I got a call asking me if I wanted to take over getting information from medical facilities to complete the claim. I was beyond furious. I said no I did not want to take over getting medical information. Finally on Feb 2, 2026 I received the balance of the settlement. Even though fees are contingent on settlement details, this was the worst communication with any company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. A little bit of communication would have increased the value of their services. I would not recommend Lerner and Rowe all hype and no substance.
