Towers realty makes any excuse to blame you for problems in the building. I lived in an apartment…read moremanaged by towers which had a serious moister problem. The windows would sweat so much the drywall was soft and bubbling all around it. A simple tap on the window and it would have fallen three stories to the ground. There was also a large amount of mold growing around the window inside the drywall. When someone from towers finally came after many calls complaining about this mold, they told me it was my fault the suite was so humid because of "all my house plants I'm obviously over watering". They obviously don't know how house plants work because I have two small plants and if they were over watered they would be dead. Also I heard from other tenants they had the same problem with moister so not sure how my two house plants are affecting them as well. Then I found out the balcony was completely rotten and I could have fallen through at anytime which lead to an eviction due to risk of safety and I was stuck looking for somewhere else to live by the end of the month. Towers did nothing to accommodate this inconvenience and I was lucky to find something on such short notice. They then renovated the suites and now charged almost twice the price. Definitely not worth it

They are the worst company I have dealt with in my life. They are the worst communicators. You ask…read morea question and they either don't reply or they don't answer the question asked. The property manager is the worst human being I've ever seen in this position and I'm in a condo. I am now at the point where I'm going to communicate through my lawyer. Do not ever go anywhere near Tower Realty group to rent or as a condo management company.

Had been told that Elite had used our house during this time as a transition house for his tenants. Have over $2000 repair in bills in only 4 months of owning the house. A lot of repair work seems very sketchy. ie, $300 for carpet cleaning and our house has majority of hardwood floors. Have heard from sources that ex clients and tenants that up to 50% of his charges are either fraudulent or exaggerated. I have interviewed and talked to some of his clients and ex-employees and have seen this story repeated. Unfortunately much of what I've said I can't prove without a shadow of a doubt, but feel I must pass on this info, as a warning to keep your head up. In my opinion, look elsewhere...

I found that Elite was billing out of town Property Owners for work that has not been completed…read more(found out by personal experience), the the previous owners were charged for a garage room that was never replaced and also the Owners were charged for basement repair, which no work was ever even started. We are now with Win Win Care Management 204-688-9690 and are very happy with the level of service, reasonable fee's, and the work is actually completed. They even take photos prior to work being started, and also upon completion. Wasn't satisfied with Elite property Management.

I dealt with this company for several months. In the beginning, they sounded very nice and…read moreprofessional. However, after they got hold of my money, their behavior changed dramatically. It was very difficult to get Jamie on the phone. To speak with him you have to book an appointment online. Seriously? I hire an employee and I have to book an appointment to talk to my employee? The rent money that has been collected on my behalf was spent without my permission and often against my directions. When I complained and requested my money back the answer was "You are not the person who set up the terms in this company". I have my contractors and we agreed with Oak&Apple that they will repair urgent things only, all other repairs suppose to be forwarded to me. Oak&Apple kept sending their "preferred" contractors who were way more expensive and not always provided expected quality. On top of that Oak&Apple, one day decided to charge a "coordination fee" of 24.99 per contractor invoice. Such a wonderful idea. They send their contractor who charges me a high price (based on my opinion) and on top of that Oak&Apple charge me 24.99. All that without my authorization and permission. Tenant selection is another story. I am not sure how their screening process work but in several cases the results were terrible. A few tenants selected by Oak&Apple were very bad. Property inspections were not sufficient as well. Garbage accumulation, fire panel damage were often discovered by inspectors and not by them. In my opinion, this is ridiculous and unprofessional. If I would have known all that I wouldn't have let them manage even a kennel.
