One of the gals at my job always has her nails looking fire af. Shape, design, shine etc... always on point. I kept saying I was going to book an appointment with her girl Mira but was sleeping on it. Once I seen her nails at 4 weeks looking like a new set, I couldn't wait any longer. I booked with Mira on Instagram & I'm so glad I did. She was ready for me at my appointment time. She has a serious eye for detail. I am 200% pleased with my set & will be going back forever. In addition, this salon is not overcrowded which is a serious issue at most salons. I have attached photos of my set along with more of her work from Instagram. Do check her out. You will not be disappointed.

I walked in for a pedi/meni and was taken right away! The staff was very nice and the place was clean. She did a great job doing my manicure and didn't rush it. The lady that did my pedicure was nice and took her time as well. I was a bit skeptical trying a new place but I just moved and it near my home so gave it a shot. It is now my new nail salon. I am happy with service and prices are very responsible. They even have this little pop up piece on the chair that helps hold up your legs during a foot scrub instead of just holding our leg up. I'm happy with their services!

Not satisfied with my service. First off, the man they assigned me didn't know what he was doing. I speak and understand Vietnamese and throughout the entire time he kept asking the lady next to him what to do next. They did a decent job on my pedicure but my manicure didn't even last 2 days, he didn't even file my top nail a bit before applying gel polish, which helps the gel adhere stronger. Didn't shape my nails, I wanted almond. They charged my 85.00 for basic gel mani and pedi with foot mask. Not really worth it imo. Won't come back. read more

Went there my nail started lifting a day after getting them. Food would get stuck in the gap between my nail n the acrylic .call n texted. When I went to get it fixed they added nail glue but the gap is still there n they didn't fix anything n were not helpful read more

Smiley Nails is very cute and quaint shop! Very clean! I love that my nails are always done with great care and detail! The nail salon artists are very kind! The only thing I would say that I would change about the salon to make my relaxing nail experience better, is to play more upbeat music. The music played is a little sad I'd like to hear a more happy, fun, and uplifting playlist while I'm getting my nails done. Otherwise, this is definitely a salon I will keep returning to! read more

Nice service but my daughter went and got her nails done and they didn't do the designs that she wanted and they couldn't do roses and couldn't do a heart, they didn't have good nail polishes there. And there was also excess dried glue around her nails. I don't recommend this nail salon if your going to get designs. Her nails were feeling loose like they were gonna fall off and she had a nail that was crooked. Horrible job. read more

I went in for a fill, it was my first time here the guy in the third chair did my fill. It was a horrible experience the guy cut me so bad to the point where I was ready to cry. Didn't do the color I originally wanted pushed me into picking a different color. Overall nothing bout my experience was decent. read more

If you're looking for something cheap this is it but don't expect anything great. The customer service IS HORRIBLE individuals coming in 30 mins past their appointment times still get prioritized over customers waiting 30+ mins. One lady even claiming she "didn't know how to do acrylics" to again prioritize the customer that missed her appointment. This only shows how FULL OF SHIT they are considering they are nail technicians that work at a nail salon. read more

I used to go here a lot when June was there, I tried to give them a chance an it was a big fail my nails didn't last one week cuz she made them real thin. If someone asks for long nails it's a must to make them a little thicker since they're more fragile when they're long. It's also more expensive now not worth my hard earned money read more

I just left Smiley's Nails on Highland across from the park this was the worst service that I've ever had they charge me to remove the part that has to be removed in order for them to give me a fill they wanted to charge me an extra $7 I literally set there and pull back the old acrylic in order for her to give me a feel absolutely I don't look ridiculous when she put me under the dryer to dry my nails my finger hit the dryer and it messed up one of the nails her response was that's not my fault if you want it fixed it's another $5 please black folks let's try to find people of our own color and our own background to spend our money with this is the last one I will never spend my money with Asians ever again for anything under any circumstances I give them a zero-star not even one a zero read more

I came to smiley nails and had a bad experience so I didn't go back. I went when they were under new management & I got good service the first time, I went back a few times and liked it. I took my two little sisters and they had the worst experience left in tears. Their nails were horrible. My older sister then went & she was extremely upset, her acrylic was stuck to her skin, nails are not even, and the acrylic is lumpy all over the nail. They refused to fix them the same day told her to come back the next day, and made her pay $120 for horrible service. They are very rude and unprofessional. never returning. read more

Went in on friday 10/21/2016 and got attended by a younger girl who I've never seen working there before. She charged me right in the middle of doing my nails...did not ask me how i wanted them shaped...did not greet me...sang a couple weird songs in whatever language she was speaking and had a very bad attitude. She also created my Mardi Gras nails exactly how I wanted. Im so pleased! Staff were all sweet and professional, and the environment was very relaxing. My only con is I was disappointed in the pedicure. For $60, I want my feet and heels scrubbed and soft, but I guess that is an add-on cost. At the end, she did a 30-second massage on each leg and wiped off the oil with a hot towel. That was it. My nails do look great, which is the end goal, but again, I felt that the pedicure was overpriced for what I got.

I was charged for French tips but the lady only did straight lines... that's not considered French tip.... A face mask is included in the service and they sent me home with a packet because they took too long on my nails. At some point there was two nail techs working on my toes because the original lady didn't clip my cuticles correctly. Most definitely won't be back. Overpriced and all services were not included in the price.

By far the best nail shop ive gone to. Their customer service is amazing, truly one of the best ive ever had. Roxy is amazing and pays attention to detail, gave me an amazing gel manicure with intricate french tip, her communication was top tier. I also get my pedicures with an older gentleman i do not know his name but he is the absolute best, always has an amazing attitude and really takes his time. Down to the gentleman who greets you at the door with the pony tail, hes always so nice and i will recommend this facility to anyone its super clean, amazing customer service and quality work! After leaving Polish Nail Bar on Waterman disappointed that they didn't take us in as walk ins for pedicures. We decided to try our luck here as it was on our way home.. They took us in right away and since I was so happy I decided to get a full set.. which was done beautifully and with such talent! Not once did I feel we were being rushed out. My wife came here yesterday and spent $40 to get her nails done so she could look good for today thanksgiving. Well this morning one nail already came off and three others are loose. Will not be dping business with this place again. Nails did not last at all, very disappointed. read more

Very clean, nice and hard workers. What ever price they give you up front is the same you pay at the end. No hidden gel, cut down or design prices at the end. I got a fill and a pedicure and was very satisfied with the work. Very nice ladies. It's my new favorite spot. read more
