But one of my temporary crowns broke and did not want to make the mistake of letting it go like I did a couple other teeth that now need implants. I called on Tuesday saying it was important for me to get in asap and they were able to get me in today on Thursday. The front office ladies are very helpful and nice! Bri was the dental assistant for me, she was soooo incredibly nice, sweet, and helpful. She's a genuine person who truly wants to make the experience as comfortable as possible! She really does set the standard for what a dental assistant should be! Dr Amanda Jackson was the Dentist who performed the work. Same genuine kinda spirit as Bri. They worked very well together and were in sync the whole time, great team! She made me extremely comfortable and made sure to explain everything as she was doing it, asking if I needed anything along the way. Very gentle and comforting. Yes I had laughing gas lol But it truly was a good experience and appointment, I'm very happy I had Bri and Amanda and will definitely be requesting them for future visits!

The experience was not great. I suspect it was due to inexperience. My teeth weren't particularly clean when I left, but I did get water squirted on my face. Zero conversation. I'm looking for somewhere else. Another problem is that Dr Gee is no longer affiliated with this practice. A LOT of other dentists are, so you will likely get to try out several.

The warm smiles and friendly greetings of the front desk are second to none. They really strive to know the patients and make everyone feel relaxed and welcomed. Unlike many offices, they tend to be on time and minimize wait times which I really appreciate! The Hygenists and Asssistants are absolutely top notch. So far, the Dentists themselves are THE BEST we've encountered! I really admire the calm demeanor and the respectful way that they interact with the patients and staff. At my first routine visit with Vijaya B Jawaharlal to establish care (which took 2 hours), I was told that I had 3 cavities and that I needed a porcelain onlay right away to prevent a more invasive root canal in the NEAR future. This seemed so odd! I am 43 and routinely do semiannual checkups and always get a "good job keep up the good work"! I got a second opinion and none of that work was necessary. I came to Dr. Peter Yeh in early 2020 with pain in an upper molar (#3) that had already been filled…read moretwice. My previous dentist had clearly told me that if it hurt again, I would need a root canal and a crown. I told Dr. Yeh clearly that I wanted a root canal and had even purchased dental insurance specifically for that reason. But he insisted it wasn't necessary yet and that the nerve was still fine -- so he suggested another filling. I trusted his judgment at the time because he spoke Chinese and seemed experienced. He said he would fill two teeth, but without clearly informing me, he filled three. Afterward, I had pain, bite problems, and eventually a gum fistula -- a sign of infected or necrotic pulp. I contacted him again, but by that point I had completely lost trust and refused further treatment. Even with insurance, I paid around $450 out-of-pocket. The money isn't the main issue -- it's the feeling of being misled and ignored, despite being clear about what I wanted. Now years later, I still regret not insisting on what I knew was right for me. I'm sharing this so others can make better-informed decisions. Just because someone speaks your language doesn't mean they'll act in your best interest. Please be cautious.
