I…read moreoriginally signed a contract to receive clear correct treatment with the prior dentist, and my case was given to the new group without proper communication. Their lack of transparency with the difficulty of transferring my clear correct case left me in the dark for almost six months with no new trays. On another occasion this dentist ordered me a retainer rather than trays causing another delay. After almost a year with this new dentist, my clear correct treatment is "done" (a front tooth is still not aligned). He was very kind in doing some composit on my front tooth, but this does not make up for the lengthy lack of communication and unfinished tooth alignment. I was instructed at the end that I only needed to wear my retainer at night. After noticing my teeth shifting I did some research and found out clear correct has very clear suggestions to wear retainers full time for quite a while before going to just nightly. I'm exhausted and disappointed with my treatment, the lack of communication (and knowledge regarding clear correct) and my still unfinished smile after paying so much money. Endless frustrations and delays. I'll be seeking a different dentist.

I know this was simply to make me comfortable. By the end, I was calm enough to doze off. Anyone who knows me, knows THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. She hasn't lost the zeal for her work, and there is nobody greater in Raleigh. I've tried some pretty reasonable places, and they can't come close. My mouth was an absolute train wreck when I went in two weeks ago, and Dr. Thore and her staff have literally performed a miracle. They have all been extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also very kind and empathetic. Dr. Thore operated on my mouth for five straight hours, made sure I was comfortable, and was simply a delight. Cheyenne had the patience of a saint taking my impressions, and the young lady who assisted Dr. Thore during the surgery was also amazing, knowledgeable, and compassionate. And the cherry on top of the cake? Their work was so precise that I even had minimum discomfort post-surgery, and the cost of the entire procedure was so much more affordable compared to other estimated I had received! (I am mentioning this because I know that it is a very important factor in decision making - it was for me, at least). He answered all questions and alleviated all my concerns about getting my teeth pulled. He gave me a fair list of option for the three teeth extractions I went for and also suggested saving one of the teeth. On the surgery day, he and his surgical assistant Rudy were caring and explained to me every bit of the procedure before it started. During the surgery they kept talking to me to keep me calm. The office co-ordinator Christina helped us figure out our insurance before the surgery so that most of it is covered by insurance. The office space is clean and feels welcoming. The staff and Dr. Davies were caring and professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

They heard my concerns and did something about them and made me feel comfortable even under tons of anxiety. 10/10 recommend. I was put to sleep fast no paint for extraction. Also made me calm and was able to get my IV in no problem
