Been coming here for years. I've had everything from cleanings, to teeth pulled, root canals, implants, etc. My wife and 3 kids come here too. Most recently my kids received a cleaning and none of them had cavities. My middle child just had braves put in and they did an excellent job. Very nice, clean, and fancy dentist office. Horrible customer service. Front desk lady is very rude, and gives you attitude for no reason. It was my first time here and when she encounters problems with my paperwork, she starts saying things like "well i dont know why you would do that, there was no point for you to do that." in a condescending way. Literally felt like I was at the DMV. Which i get her point, it's my fault for not making sure all my paperwork was correct but there is a way to talk to patients and not make them feel like they're a nuisance or treat them like they're getting services for free even if you have medi-cal. So when i told her, i would rather just go somewhere else (because mind you this is my first encounter with her and i already don't want to get treated like this from the jump), she says nothing and just slammed my card on the desk and walks away. I never gave her an attitude or said anything rude, i was honestly quiet for the most part and told her my last dentist was able to take me considering my last name was different on my ID and MediCal card. Which again, like i said before, i understand how that would be a problem and why they might not be able to see me but there is a way to assess a situation without giving snarky comments. This all happened while the dentist was sitting right next to her, and she did not say anything the whole time, did not even care to acknowledge the situation. So please go somewhere else, customer service is a low priority at this location. read more

Im between the 3 star and 2 but they got the job done I guess and it was clean so I'll give it a 3. The service was okay, not terrible. Vanessa (I think was the name) at the front was friendly enough. The dentist who looked at my X-rays and did my cleaning was not rude but not warm at all, no pleasantries, no interest in pretending to care, which, whatever I guess. For like 10 years I've gone to a different dentist but at the moment have Medi-cal so couldn't go back there and this dentist accepts it. So I went in due to some discomfort I'm having. They diagnosed very quickly after a couple X-rays ( wasn't covered so didn't move forward) and I got my cleaning done. It was the fastest cleaning I've had in my life! I'm not sure I mean that in a good way. It was effective enough probably but they were fast and rough, my guns were so sore and tore up after, not gentle at all and just felt rushed through. To the point that when they were done, I didn't even realize it, they just dismissed me. I was left with blood spatter and toothpaste all over my face LOL I was like wth? I'm used to getting cleaned off or at least having a napkin or wipe offered to clean myself off and a cup of mouth wash or wash to rinse out my mouth but I got neither lol. read more

This has been the best place I have been to. First of all the lady at the front desk Vanessa is the sweetest and very welcoming. She helped me with everything I needed .she is amazing. The doctor was so warm and kind with me . She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and was very gentle with me. I got a root canal and 10 cavities to be filled and I was so scared because I know how painful it can be. Now I have to go back to finish my fills and get a deep cleaning done . This by far has been the best experience ever going to a dentist. I used to hate it and now I can come here and feel confident and comfortable . One month ago I went to get a check up/cleaning at another place. They concluded that I needed a deep cleaning. I said sure. They priced me at $1600 not including the filling I needed done as well. I said hell nah and looked up a place near my house. I did a quick call and it was a FRACTION of the price so I proceeded to make an apt. I went in today thinking we were just going to do an exam and they would send me off with another apt date for the deep cleaning. Nope! They did the whole mouth deep cleaning and the filler all within 50 min. I was in and out before I was able to think. Front desk staff along with back of the house were all very nice. Straight to the point. Doc was fast, efficient and wasn't trying to sell me on anything else. Every doc so far I've seen was always trying to sell me braces or something added. She said see ya in 6 months keep flossing and everything should be good. Love that. Would recommend this place! read more

The reason I drive from Riverside County to their Garden Grove office is because I trust she will not overcharge me or do work on my family that is not needed. My daughters are currently getting their braces done there and we are seeing outstanding results! The office is clean and the technology they use is state-of-the-art. Smileday Dental has always taken care of my family, friends and referrals since 2005. You can call her office on a dime and the staff will get you in ASAP! Dr. Le even will come when she is closed to handle your emergency if needed. I have not had dental insurance for over 15 years and Dr. Le allows me to make payments. Her pricing is reasonable, and her office accepts medical. Currently, my grandson is on a plan with her for braces. As of right now it looks like he is a head of schedule and his teeth are coming out nicely. I recommend my family members, church family, my friends and my friends, friends. Dr. Le has state of the art equipment and is knowledgeable in her field. She only performs what work is needed and lets you know if other work will be needed at a future date. I have been a SmileDay Dental patient for several years now. Dr. Le is an amazing Dentist. When I first met Dr. Le, I insisted that she pull all of my teeth because I was constantly in pain with so many issues. My teeth were (literally) falling out. Initially, I asked Dr. Le to pull all of my teeth and give me dentures. Dr. Le talked me out of dentures, advising me that my jawbone would eventually begin to cave. I have always been fearful of dentists, which ultimately led to my own dental demise. However, over several months, Dr. Le performed several dental procedures that ultimately saved all of my teeth. Each visit became easier for me. After multiple root canals; the extraction of several destroyed teeth; and the creation of multiple bridges, I now have a mouthful of awesomeness! Finally, Dr. Le provided me with a full set of upper & lower front veneers. I cannot possibly express my gratefulness (that I didn't go w/dentures), and gratitude for Dr. Le's professional opinions, and the many hours that Dr. Le patiently spent w/me - reconstructing the majority of my teeth. Until I met Dr. Le, I HATED ALL DENTISTS, and I hated my teeth. I would never smile because of my teeth. My teeth were a total embarrassment. And now, I have perfect teeth and an incredible smile. During a business trip I was having a toothache so I decided to stop by this dental office since it wasn't very far from where I was working. When I called Dr. Le was able to see me the same day. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, she answered all my insurance questions. I seriously hate the dentist - I've been traumatized from my childhood dentist. I've been seeing Dr Le for over 10+ years and plan to for the rest of my life. She is so understanding, genuine and honest. She will listen to you and always be translucent and upfront. She has always given me more than one option regarding my treatment, very well priced and what I love about her the most is that she works with me. If she thinks I don't need work done, she will say so. I know some dentists will charge an arm and a leg every time you go in for a check up. Not Dr Le. She is all about her patient's well being. My family and I have been going to this dentist for quite some time and it has changed. The doctors intentions have changed. I went in because I was having trouble with a few teeth when I bite. The doctor told me it's normal for the age of your teeth. Mind you I did get a second opinion on this and I needed work done. The last time I went In was the last straw. The doctor gave me some deep cleaning or something without my consent first . Since it would be an additional charge, they would normally let you know out of courtesy. Her staff (Vanessa M) even contacts us to check on us to make sure we're comfortable after seeing the dentist. We have been here twice for dental emergencies. The first time was when my mom had a painful tooth infection and needed immediate care. They were able to take us right when they opened and since she didn't have dental insurance they gave her a reasonable price for cash patients. Today, I had to take my son who was in pain and our regular dentist wasn't available. Same thing, they were able to see him and take care of him right away. Its true what they say. Going into dental office to check your teeth is like going into a mechanic to check your car. They will sell you 10 repairs but honestly only need one. For some reason most dental offices has 20 receptionist. 10 helpers and 5 Drs. Not this one. All they need is 3. Of all the medical offices I've been in in my life. From doctors. To hospitals. To dental offices. Hands down never ever been to a better place. As far Hospitality. Honesty. And yes service ! Went to dentist in the morning that was near my house. All I wanted was an extraction due to tooth pain. Ended being there for over an hour. Did a whole 101 on my teeth. Then at the end said i have to coma back. Came here and was in and out in 30 min. Super professional. Pain free. And most importantly for me fast. Came here years ago. And when I walked in Dr. Le knew exactly what I needed. AMAZING !!! Its hard to trust people in the medical world. But not this place. If you truly want an honest opinion and great service give Dr. Le and her awesome staff a chance. First of all, I have had the worse experiences with dentist! But I'm glad I was recommended to come here! I absolutely love the dentist and her staff! As soon as you walk in, Vanessa greets you with a smile from ear to ear, Extremely polite and professional. She put me at ease with my anxiety for my upcoming procedure. The dentist is NOT a mule, she only advises of what needs to be done! She's very gentle and kind. During my root canal she asked me multiple times if I was doing okay. Stopped by SmileDay Dental for an emergency after my temporary crown came off (waiting on the permanent). Even though they were busy they were able to fit me in very quick and put the temporary crown back on. Please do not visit Smile Day Dental. They tried to charge me $800.00 even though my insurance fully covered the procedure. They only wanted money from me. Vanessa was very rude and hostile to myself and the insurance representative of the insurance company over the phone. They will make you pay even when you do not have to. read more

I ate a piece of candy and it broke my tooth. I was in pain and had to look for a dentist which I haven't gone for awhile. I saw Smileday Dental near my work so I came in and had it removed. The dental office was very beautiful and clean. I think they had a professional decorator decorate their office because most dental offices don't look this nice. The receptionist was very friendly and Dr. Le was nice. They informed me the procedure and checked on my insurance policy. During the procedure, Dr. Le ask me several times if I was ok. I am scared of dentist however Dr. Le was pleasant and calmed me. To my surprised, she removed the tooth without me feeling a thing. The following afternoon the Dr Le called me if I was feeling better after the extraction. I was doing good and it was a surprise that she even called me. It's rare to see a Dr. call their patient.
