I had Dr. Kim and he seemed very efficient. I had two root canals (and other unremarkable fillings) and I especially really like how they split them up into multiple appointments so that I'm not sitting for too long. Also, I feel like this allows the root canal tooth/area to stop hurting, since it hurts a couple days after. So then my appointments were spread apart either a week or a couple days after. I also really like how they confirm every appointment via text and also are very flexible with rescheduling. I was able to reschedule and confirm all via text messaging. Last but not least, the usual receptionist is very responsive and nice! Answers my questions well, since this is my first dental surgery EVER. Not even getting a filling, or anything. It's also because I have bad hearing sometimes, and I couldn't understand the doctor/his assistants while I was in the chair. Also because they had a slight accent, and I have bad comprehension, haha. So I'm still a little confused here and there, but the receptionist gives me a brief recap and I just let them do their thing. Sometimes I am curious though still, like wanting to see my cavity. read more

I decided to visit this place after my wife's friend gave us a recommendation. My first visit was a consultation to see how bad my teeth were. Upon visit walking I was greeted by a wonderfully upbeat lady who guided me through the documents I needed to sign. Then after X-rays and a look through my mouth the dentist gave me a in-depth review of what he recommended for work. My second visit was a deep cleaning, they were very fast and efficient at the cleaning and afterwards the dentist assist gave a lot of helpful hints on how to keep my teeth clean with a permanent retainer I will be going back soon to get more work done as well. I just have to say My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work done here, they are very professional, friendly, and really good at what they do. We highly recommend! read more

When I asked him about my white spots and cavity worries he was very thorough in his explanations and took the time to explain certain procedures and treatments in detail. I've never felt as though he were trying to upsell--in fact he made sure to acknowledge when I didn't actually require procedures.
