She cancelled on me 3 times in the same week and then refused to return my deposit when I decided to go to a different provider who wouldn't cancel on me. I booked an appointment via her website, at which time I paid for the service in full. After initially confirming it, she canceled my appointment the day I was supposed to see her with no notice, until I messaged her inquiring about it. She said she would refund my $140 but asked me to pay her a $25 deposit for the new appointment. We rescheduled for 2 days later, and she again canceled the morning of the appointment asking if we could reschedule for 2 days later. She ignored multiple texts asking what time to come. On the day of the tentative appointment, she messaged asking if we could again move it to the next day. I explained I couldn't because I'd been trying to schedule all week with her to get it done before a weekend event, and I asked for my deposit back. She refused to return it, citing the fact that her son had been ill. While I sympathize with having a sick kid, it's unprofessional to repeatedly cancel appointments the same day and then penalize the client for your own schedule conflicts. Clients are paying for the service to be on a certain day and time, not just whenever the business owner feels like it. The point of a deposit is to protect the business owner from late cancelations by clients, not the other way around. I'm now out $165 for a service I never received due to no fault of my own.

I usually choose the quick-rinse tan that you shower off after 2 hours, which then develops over the next several hours, and it always turns out great. She talks you through the whole process, addresses any concerns, and makes sure you feel comfortable. If you're nervous about it like I was the first time, she'll talk you through it and ease you into it if that's what you need. Normally, I have very fair skin, but Nancy makes the tan look very natural. I have received many compliments in the past. Just go with her, you will not be disappointed.

She has a couple "levels" to choose from and will work with you to pick the best one for you and your needs. She will send you home with an instruction card with all of the post-tan instructions and your wash-off time. Her website is also well designed and has tons of great information for first-timers as well as the proper pre-care instructions. My spray tan turned out perfectly and lasted about a week with the proper care. I honestly miss my tan! I got a bunch of compliments on the spray tan and quite a few folks thought it was natural. That's big! Can't wait to come back to Nancy for another perfect spray tan!

First thing Monday morning, I searched for dental offices open on holiday (Martin Luther King), and his office was the closest available. From the very first moment, I felt taken care of. Rosa at the front desk was incredibly kind and compassionate, she truly understood my situation and welcomed me in immediately. The entire experience was exceptional. I felt no pain from the injections and no pain during the extraction itself. I honestly couldn't believe it. At one point I even asked, "Is it all done?" -- and when he said "Yes," I was so relieved I started laughing. The tooth was severely infected, and extraction was the only option, but the process was completely smooth and stress-free. This office delivers professionalism, compassion, skill, and true patient care. His staff is courteous, the office is very clean, and the hygienist does a fantastic job and answers all of my questions.
