After two years and one redo (because the dentures were done wrong the first time) I called to make a appointment to finish it up with round three of the project. They went through at least four doctors and nurses in the first two years. Different dentists worked on my teeth every time I went in. My first caps cracked off in my food. Each doctor talked bad about the last one who worked on my teeth. After making my last appointment, and after they got paid $10,000.00 in the first two years, I had to postpone it because of illness. When I called to reschedule the appointment they told me I couldn't because I owed $50.00 for missing my last appointment. In the first two years and many appointments I ended up having to reschedule four appointments out of many due to the fact that I'm 68 years old, disabled, and many health issues. Turns out that, not only did my bottom teeth not get done (third year) but after trying to get used to my dentures for a year and seeing a new dentist, my second set of dentures aren't right either. Understandably, I won't go back for round three. While talking to the owner about the issue on the phone she hung up on me and didn't call me back! This practice is a total rip off. They pulled a bait-and-switch on my 88 year old mother -- told her she could get a free cleaning, if she just paid $10 for Covid cleanup. Then they signed her up for a $200 policy. When she disputed that bill, they immediately sent it to collections, which demanded $427. We've tried to mediate and dispute it, but these bastards are fighting my mom for the money. She spoke a Brad Aitken, who apparently is the husband of the director of the company, and he was a rude A---hole. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! read more

DO NOT recommend. I've gone to them for about 4 yrs and have had 3 different new dentists and 4 new Hygenist without warning, a word or even a letter explaining where the other people went and who the new people are. What are their credentials!??? Who are they?? Seriously?? A complete disregard for the patient and obviously think we are all stupid and just blindly go with whoever they choose?? NOT! This is a revolving door practice and one step above a free clinic atmosphere. The practice is owned as "a for PROFIT BUSINESS " and it shows. Do yourselves a favor and go to a REAL dental practice where you can count on who will be working on you and your family. The first visit for my husband, and they were amazing. The front desk was very personable and friendly. Made us feel very comfortable. After the exam the dentist, Dr Lee took time out and came out and explained everything to me so that my husband and I understood everything needed. So glad we found this practice after a very bad experience at our last dentist. Highly recommend this practice. read more

The first time I went a few months ago I had a great experience. Dr. Miniman took care of my two-year-old very well. However today I went to have my two boys bi-annual check up and they were closed. They failed to inform me that they would not be open today. Very unprofessional. read more

When i first walked in there was receptionist were sitting at the desk absolutely no greeting whats so ever!!! when i finally went back into the room i admit i had a very bad tooth the assistant reaction was very very very rude!!! as i wait for the actual dentist to come take a look i was thinking like who says that!! you are supposed to be professional and your acting very unprofessional! dr odell was very nice told me what i needed to do . i had to post the oral surgergy that they recommended due to a business trip and the flu. i miss the cleaning i schedule because they couldn't bother to call with a reminder so they thought it was a great idea to schedule me an appointment without my consent for a Monday at 3:00 in the afternoon!!! who does that?!!! i work til 5pm. i called them to let know hey look i didnt get the procedure done and i didnt want to get my teeth clean with a bad tooth!!! the guy's response was " oh ill tell the doctor not to look at it" who says that??!! then proceeds to argue with me simply because he is telling me i can't cancel i schedule the appointment when i never did! then he argues with me to the fact who you think schedule the appointment my response was you tell me! stafff is rude! dont waste your time!! read more

I couldn't be more grateful to Dr. Odell and his friendly team at Smile Solutions for taking care of me in an emergency. After biting down on some jelly beans part of my tooth broke off on a Friday before Memorial Day weekend, Dr Odell and his team were able to accommodate me for an appointment. When I arrived Dr. Odell and his assistant got to work quickly putting me at ease and fixing my tooth so I could enjoy my weekend. Pediatric dentist saw child every 6 months and said no cavities. Then child had pain and another dentist said needed root canal.
