I saw Peter in Frankston as well as in his city rooms as I worked close by. I had braces on for 20 months and it was relatively pain free. Dr Paino has treated myself, my husband and son, and now many of my…read morework colleagues for the past seven years, and most recently has applied Invasalign to prepare my teeth for dental implant. He adopts state of the art technology at his practice and has a network of respected and esteemed specialists in Melbourne which placed me in the hands of one of the best Periodontal surgeons in the state. My husband required complicated extractions and jaw surgery. Dr Paino was available outside of business hours on his personal mobile to provide support to my husband late at night when he was extremely unwell after being released from hospital. Last month my son was due to fly interstate but was unwell with an infection related to wisdom teeth. We messaged Dr Paino on a Saturday night to seek his advice and he immediately responded and provided a telehealth appointment and arranged for a script to be sent to a 24 hour chemist. This meant our son was well enough to travel a few days later. We can't thank him enough for his expertise, kindness and willingness to provide such out of scope help and support without expecting anything in return. He is not only an excellent practitioner but someone very special who treats his patients like family. We can't thank or recommend him highly enough.

He didn't even bother cleaning around all of my gums and it felt like he just wanted get done and over with it and then just slapped on some flurried at the end - frankly speaking not worth the money. The other time I've contacted them returning from a trip with chipped filling and since I've visited them just before I went away and not knowing any other dentists in Melbourne I contacted them and explained to the receptionist what I needed to get done which was a fairly simple job. For some reason she had struggled to understand me and kept saying that she'll book me in for an examination when I knew exactly what needed to be done and obviously didn't want to pay them more money examining me, especially after spending nearly $500 in their clinic just a few month before on examination, ex rays and teeth cleaning. I have been a long time customer of Angle House having had braces when I was younger, however I've not returned in 8+ years and do not plan to after today. I received a 'consultation' today for a wire behind my teeth which has snapped, this consultation involved no introduction followed by Dr Kataria thrusting his hands into my mouth unannounced and then proclaiming that I had two options, one of which was $70 and one which was $150 and 'which one did I want?' - no explanation of long term benefits or side effects of either treatment. I elected for the more affordable treatment for the time being and before I could take a breath, Dr Katarias hands were once again inside my mouth but this time with a filing tool which shook my existence. He poked and prodded for all of 20 seconds, asked me how it felt and that was it. Having entered with a sunny disposition, I felt physically violated and angry after this experience, so much so, that I called my Mother who explained she had received similar treatment from Dr Kataria and has since found a nicer, more professional ortho to deal with. The only thing that improved this service was the lovely experience with Margie the receptionist who has been with this clinic for over 10 years and remembered me after all this time - so much love for Margie!
