Erin had scouted the location ahead of time, so she had a great sense of purpose and was really creative and flexible in her shots; she was especially interested in what we wanted and in getting the right "feel" for our family. They were also excellent with the small (and not always cooperative!) children in our group. In addition, Erin was super communicative ahead of time and had great suggestions for our pre-shoot questions (wardrobe, locations, etc.). Of course, best of all, the pictures were amazing! We are so grateful to have worked with such generous and incredibly talented photographers; they are worth every single penny. We will treasure these precious memories for the rest of our lives, and the Donners will absolutely be our first choice for any future photo sessions!

I booked her right away to take pictures of my year old granddaughter. My shy granddaughter took to her right away, and so did my dog. Stephanie arrived to my home on time and took some prep photos of Holly and my pets. Then we went to the park with a variety of outfits and props. It seemed like Stephanie took hundreds of photos and never tired of following Holly around taking candid pictures of her and my daughter. I knew she was just staying in the area with friends so I wasn't expecting to see any pictures until she went home to Florida, but photos started trickling in that very night. The photos she gave us are gorgeous and bring tears to my eyes. A couple months before she came I had taken my daughter to Sears for portraits; they went out of business a couple weeks later taking our pictures and my money with them. As awful as that was, I don't miss those pictures at all now that I have my photos from Stephanie. What she gave us weren't simple portraits, they are family heirlooms. I will cherish them forever. She is worth every single penny and more.

Hiring Shane was the best last minute decision I could have made!…read more My daughter, a shy 9th grader in JROTC, had her Military Ball and after planning everything else I realized I forgot to book a photographer. I reached out to several people on Yelp and Shane immediately stood out with his quick responses, professionalism, and beautiful work. He arrived early, came fully prepared, and brought such a calm and positive energy. He even played music to help everyone relax, which helped my daughter come out of her shell.
