As a TV/Film actor, you've gotta take new headshots every couple of years, at the least! Some talent agents/managers require their actors to take new ones, once a year! We were so disappointed with the service provided by this company. This company is run only by one…read moreguy, who is called David. He is an absolute amateur who just learned photographs by himself. He is very unprofessional. We hired him to take swimsuit photographs. During the shooting, he did not even think about how to shoot good pictures. He just kept shooting and finished all our 30 products with one model in about 1 hour. After he released the photos, we could not find photos that met our standard. We require him to provide 8 pictures for each product in our contract. But in the end, we could only choose less than 4 photos for each product (even though we lowered our standard). During our negotiation process about how to deal with the images, this company stole our credit information and charged us the second payment without getting our permission. (So, never pay this company using their link or website, they will steal your credit information). Until now, they still hold our 30 swimsuits. When we contacted them to return the swimsuits, there was no response. This company does not even have an actual, registered address to run the business. So all the customers be aware of this company.
