Absolutely dreadful service. I paid for 4 hours' cleaning as a one-off. The cleaner I was sent was…read morevery young and obviously inexperienced. Many of the jobs were not done, and those that were done, were done very poorly. Surfaces were still covered in dust, the hoovering had been done slap-dash, mirrors were so dirty you could barely see yourself in them, kitchen cupboards left dripping and streaked. The house did not appear any cleaner than when I had left it that morning. In addition, 2 rugs had had some kind of cleaning fluid poured onto them which had left stains. The company took these away to clean them. I called the company to discuss and the owner and the same cleaner came around the next day to rectify. The clean was done again, and was slightly better but still not of a good standard. When the rugs were returned, the stain had come out of one but stayed on the other. I have since had an email from the company stating that they are not willing to reclean or pay for a replacement. Save yourself the money and hassle of dealing with this unprofessional outfit.

Very cold. This was the winter of 2009. I went in to enquire how I could have my house heated entirely by renewable energy. The showroom was warm I must admit. But it was considerably smaller than my house and was mostly occupied by fires. I considered moving in but decided that all fires and no sofas was probably a bad idea. They chatted to me and arranged for an engineer to call round. In the end he said I could have a gas boiler. I wasn't convinced about the renewableness of this. They specialise in heating water with solar panels and ground source heat pumps. My house wasn't compatible with either of those. But the man was nice.
