It was a pleasure to work with Susan for my wedding from the beginning. She provided everything (including her own kitchen and waitstaff) to staff our wedding, which basically was close to 200 people. She made suggestions and helped us come up with a menu that fit with our budget that we loved. We had plated salads and then a buffet since it was held at lunch, and everything was absolutely wonderful, INCLUDING the price. Guests still talk about how good the food was and it's four years later! I really cannot think of any better caterer than Susan and her team at Truly Gourmet. If I still lived in Michigan, I would seriously have her cater any of my major (or minor) life events :)
