You can walk in and notice how dead it is inside. Go to an actual barbershop if you're a male and an actual salon if you're a female. Requests are always not accepted as you can ask for something and they won't know what it is. Going to a haircut place and asking for a mid taper fade for them to not even know what it is may be concerning for people since they are supposed to be professionals. They don't care about hair. They just want the money they make off of scamming people into a bad cut.

Had you done the right thing and refunded for aweful work, i would not posted these truthful reviews. Probably cost your bizz alot more then the refund rightfully owed to me. I messaged them on IG for an appointment and they were super helpful and quick to put me. I had Steph do my hair and she was great. She was sweet, funny and I loved how she did my hair. I had long curly, frizzy hair so we did a Bob-style cut and off with a few inches. My hair was soft and straight for a change. My hair looked great once Steph was done with me. It was an hour appt I believe which is good with all that she did. So from walking in the door til leaving it was just a great atmosphere and everyone was so nice. The prices are also reasonable. so definitely will be coming back very soon. Glad they are in the area.
