My boyfriend felt like she didn't want to deal with him and yes there was a language barrier but I literally told her over the phone, "let's start from scratch, we trust you and what you recommend". I found the interaction strange since part of a cut is the consultation, and we were open to recommendations as part of the consultation and her response was not encouraging, " I'll see". Due to this, my boyfriend decided to end the appointment. He didn't want to make her uncomfortable or have himself feel uncomfortable. I messaged them on IG for an appointment and they were super helpful and quick to put me. I had Steph do my hair and she was great. She was sweet, funny and I loved how she did my hair. I had long curly, frizzy hair so we did a Bob-style cut and off with a few inches. My hair was soft and straight for a change. My hair looked great once Steph was done with me. It was an hour appt I believe which is good with all that she did. So from walking in the door til leaving it was just a great atmosphere and everyone was so nice. Cut ff several inches instead of a light trim, then made excuses for it. Also failed at a simple root touch up. I have never seen so many missed spots. After agreeing to a refund and to cover hair extension wendy and jade then stsrted calling and harrassing me several.times. wendy let these reviews be a lesson to you. Had you done the right thing and refunded for aweful work, i would not posted these truthful reviews. Probably cost your bizz alot more then the refund rightfully owed to me. I am reaching out to the local BBB and dept of consumer service as well. At this point it is a matter of protecting othe consumers from harm.
