Most visits to the store I ignore the attitude of the employees, but this last time was more than disappointing. I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. Instead of a welcoming atmosphere, I felt ignored and unvalued as a customer. One employee in particular did not treat my sister with kindness, she was very judgemental, glared at us the entire time even when I walked in and smiled and said hi, and she was far from helpful. It was enough to make me not ever visit this store again. I hope this is not the standard of service at Ulta, as I've enjoyed shopping there in the past. Read the attitude of a person before you hire them. Better customer service training might help improve the experience for future shoppers.

A lot of my family trusts her with their hair and that is how I started going to her. She does inform me of different products that they have to offer but also understands that I'm on a budget and will give me honest answers about grocery store products as well that have similar qualities. The look of the salon is updated and trendy to give you the feel that you went to the best in Vernal. I love the way I feel after getting my hair done by Michelle. I've not had this issue with Great Clips in Vernal before and was disappointed that the app allowed me to book an appointment despite the staffs decision to close early. The staffs response when I said I booked through the app was "shrugged her shoulders" and "sorry" then walked away leaving a booked customer feeling frustrated. This was a bummer.

Got a super simple faux hawk with a one on the sides. I had to ask her to complete the haircut since she only blended one side of my head and she left patches of long hair on the sides of my head. When she decided she was finished she didn't bother to clean any hair off of me and left a mess of hair all over my face and ears. Young lady should be fired, she obviously doesn't want to be there. Although being very clean, the whole nail area looked like it had been thrown together by someone on a D.I. budget. Midway through our pedicures the girl giving them became very inappropriate with her conversation topics and persistently cursed. She then criticized my friend for her nail maintenance making both of us very uncomfortable. After a short, unsanitary (in my opinion) massage she painted our nails and moved on to her next appointment leaving us with a full foot soak of water. When I got home and looked closer at my paint job I noticed polish all over my toes. This was NOT worth $80.
