The stylist I seen had a bad day because she had personal issues that carried over into her job…read more She took a phone call while cutting my hair and holding her phone with her chin and shoulder. I told her to go ahead and take the call because that made me nervous and I was NOT OK with it. She didnt take the hint and kept talking. When I got home I did realize the cut was bad, so I called her to let her know, very nicely by the way, and scheduled another appointment to have it corrected and a partial color on the rest of my hair. A few days later I received a text from her stating I was never happy and she couldnt make " my hair dreams" come true. The immaturity and unprofessionalism she showed was astounding to me. When a customer tells you something was not right, put on your big girl panties and do your job, not shun them. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
