Completely rude, confrontational, and most of all Put orange disgusting hair gel without my permission and when I asked her about it she made up a lie that it was to grow my hair out when in actual reality, The glue stuck to my scalp and hardened to where I was crying and spending 2 hrs every night, fighting with my hair. I had to undergo a disgusting vinegar treatment to solve this problem and lost 2 inches of hair because of it. Another issue with the gel is I temporarily lost hearing in my left ear and the back of my head and ears burn so bad it hurts to comb out my hair even tho its nice and soft now. Kwik Kuts, you need to train your stylists to ask your clients if they want the gel, if they want the shampoo or simply just ask if there are any allergic reactions. This could lead to a lawsuit. And because of this and the rudeness of Kori I'm officially switching salons. below was before and after and yes my hearing is slowly but surely coming back

Cassandra is who I go to for all my hair needs. Cassandra uses wonderful shampoo and conditioners, as well as has styling products on hand, and she takes the time to show you how to use them, and goes over what works best for your hair type.
