I've been into this salon several times, same stylist and never had trouble making an appointment…read morebefore. When I called today to make a simple hair cut with style appointment, the person that took my call was completely rude and snotty. Instead of asking me a simple question like "who is your regular stylist?", I got a laundry list of questioning; what is your length (normal question), what is your style, what is your texture - curly, wavy, or straight, then started repeating at the beginning...what is your length? When I said I already told you, that's when she starting lecturing me how much of a difference ALL of that detail would make for my making an appointment. This low IQ person decided my business wasn't nescessary and the owner didn't care anyway. Is this salon so desperate to book every single second of their time? All I wanted was a trim for shoulder length hair. Message to owner: Take some time to train whomever is answering your phones on providing good customer service. It should not be this difficult to book a hair cut. And especially to be treated so rudely by your staff!

So, I am "calming the review down a bit". She doesn't think they should even get a 1 *. She went because the reviews on YELP were good. Everything that could go wrong.... went wrong !!!! First, she spent almost 4 hours in that shop just getting a color & cut. Hannah was the Salon Stylist for her. My friend honestly believes this was her first day on the job. She needs a LOT more training. To summarize, her color was wrong and they had to redo it and added another product to "calm" the first color. And at the end.... The color was still splotchy as best. Then the cut was more like a "chop" than a synchronized styling. The "chop" was very irregular and uneven cuts. And, though her hair wasn't long, they chopped off so much, my friend is embarrassed walking around in public and feels like she needs a wig. At the end of her time and poor experience in this Salon, knowing how unhappy my friend was.... they told her~ "today will be no charge". My friend said.... You're damn right, no charge. She will not be going back to that Salon ever again. She does state...... If you feel a need to select this location, do not.... She repeats....DO NOT see Hannah !!

Gina texts me about a week later wanting to change my appointment to another day, which was fine. She stated she was in TX and time change wanted to make sure I understood the time was noon EST and she screen shot the image of her schedule so I would see the time was indeed noon on the newly scheduled date. That date arrives. I am at the salon sitting in the waiting area at noon on the specified day, only to hear my phone ding. A text came in indicating my hair appointment time was moved and now scheduled at 1pm. Another appointment was taken over my scheduled time without even the courtesy of contacting me. I was not able to stay being as I had an appointment at 2:30 that took me 2 months to get. I left. Gina then tries to cover by texting me saying I had the time mixed up. Lie! I still had the original text she sent me showing me the schedule with my time being noon EST. I don't know if she took a walk in or moved my appointment without contacting me to see if I was available at a later time that day, which I was not, but this is rude and totally unacceptable.
