I saw Brianna and she did a wonderful job. She made me feel comfortable for I have never had anything drastic done to may hair. It turned out awesome. Got many compliments. I looked at it and she had ear cutouts and my bangs were all uneven! Then she took me back to the eyebrow area asked if I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up so I said yeah. She waxed 2 little spots and I asked if it was time to tint them now and she said "Oh, we don't do that here". I told her this was where I had them done last time. She insisted they don't! When I went up front I complained that when I made the appointment I specifically said eyebrow tint. Turns out that they do but the girl didn't know! So $55 in and several complaints they asked if I wanted her to do it. She said she has never done it before! I asked if someone else could do it and they said she has to! Then the lady who checked my cut over was all snooty! I will never come back here!
