When I left about 10 mins later my eyes were burning so badly I was considering going to urgent Care. I had to go back to the salon to have Tina remove the lashes. She blamed my lashes for how her work turned out. I had gotten lash extensions for 3 years and never had an experience like this. One of the salon staff said "my boss said it is not our fault it's the radio's for not putting it out there right, it should have been $20 off a hot stone pedicure and if you want the pedicure I need to charge you $20.00". I immediately read her the statement on the certificate "This $20.00 Twin Tiers Dollar Saver certificate is good for a luxurious Hot Stone Pedicure" and asked to speak to the owner/manager when she said "$20 more or no pedicure". She then followed up with, "you can call her (Marisa) when she is in and talk to her". I said if you will not honor hot stone pedicure, you have to have a basic pedicure we can apply these certificates to...and then, this really gets me, she said "NO because it is for a hot stone pedicure and cannot be applied to another pedicure!!!! Where has business, and a local one at that, integrity gone? I could have understood if they said there was a miss print, we can give you a basic pedicure for the certificate or you can upgrade to the hot stone pedicure for an additional charge...at least then I feel I would have not wasn't my money!! What is a customer to do when now I am out $40.00!
