I made an appointment to get my hair done at the smart style on the east end morristown, Tennessee I sat until after my appointment time, because the gal that was doing hair was sitting and talking to someone else waiting for their hair to process, and then found out. It was one of her friends. That was also an employee. at some point, she decided to start my appointment, even though she wasn't finished working on her friend.
