This is the only place in town I would ever recommend. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable in hair. There is even a matrix educator that works here. Bernice has been doing hair for over 30 years. I've been to this salon for over 6 years and just look how they are busy compared to other salons and that will tell you something right there.

Everyone who comes here makes an appointment, so try to make one before you come (especially weekends). The barbers are really really nice but they are hit or miss, either you will get a descent haircut or you will get a semi-descent haircut. Their capes they put around you are horrible though, all the hair went down on my neck and under my shirt, I got so itchy that I couldn't sit still! They don't even wrap paper towel around your neck...and the barbers are so nice I didn't want to be rude. Also, if you're going to tip, don't just hand a $5 bill over and expect them to give you 5 singles, she took it and put it straight in her pocket. It would have been weird to ask for it back so I just left it (but learned my lesson). The only real issue I had is that they are really slow cutting your hair. Other then that, everything else is okay. Parking is easy outside.

She was so so knowledgeable about products, gave me step by step instructions on what she was doing throughout the facial, and offered a very inviting, calm, enjoyable space to receive the service! My skin looked like a glazed donut by the time she was done and I haven't had any breakouts or reactions to the products they used. (Which sometimes will occur.) I feel it's worth the money and when I'm back in town intend on booking another facial there! They have a plethora of services offered as well so it could be your one stop shop for all things self care related. They do sell products but they're not pushing them down your throat like some salons can do. I'd recommend to friends and family looking for a high quality spa.

I purchased a package, however as mentioned in my review the "facial" was simply a slathering of cream over and over and it felt terrible. It was an expensive and disappointing experience. On top of that I had to listen to the sales pitch on their product line which was not a suitable product. Their products are greasy.
