The provider did not close the wide open door to the waiting room while administering the Botox ( and other clients came in) . I was sitting on the exam table which was in the chair position and the provider was standing at my right shoulder, having me turn my head to look over my shoulder. There has never been one time anyone giving Botox did not administer the treatment straight on. I'm looking for another establishment now to correct the results from this visit.
