My hair was a mess and tragically uneven. They were very kind in letting me come back and trying to fix it for me but even that attempt just further damaged my hair. Not even a week later the color was back to uneven. This stylist needs some more training before working alone. Positive notes she wrote me apology and at least the haircut part was good. However, I will never return to this salon next time I will just make sure I don't wait till the last minute to book with my normal stylist.
