I…read morewas met by someone and they were so kind and sweet and really made me feel like I was going to get the service I deserved. The place was really clean, but here was my issue- The person cutting my hair cut it raw. Did not try to spray water in it at all to come it through to where it would be semi straight so you'd see if you were cutting it one length.. My hair is naturally wavy. I didn't think anything of it at first because it looked like an okay job but I couldn't really tell because my hair was not straightened. So fast-forward to today, Friday, April 24, 2026 I go to straighten my hair because I don't like to put heat on my hair but every once in a while I will. I straightened my hair and I realize that my hair is so choppy and is not one length like I asked. So I called back and I explained the situation and I say hey listen the person that did my hair. They were amazing. They were great made me feel really comfortable, but unfortunately, after straightening my hair today, I'm realizing that my hair looks choppy and not what I asked for. I Then asked if they were able to touch it up or if I would have to pay for an entire haircut which I don't think is fair because I should've gotten what I asked for it to begin with. Not to mention it would only take honestly less than 10 minutes just to make it one length because honestly, maybe only half an inch to an inch needs to be cut off to make it one length. I was met with "It's already been a week and it depends on the stylist." which I don't agree with because I feel like if I was done right at first, then I wouldn't be having this issue.. I have photos and videos to prove how my hair is and I am not happy, as much as I adored the person that cut my hair, I will not be going back due to that phone call.. I felt like nobody helped me at all, as if I just deserved to get brushed off especially after paying for the cut and leaving a pretty good tip and now I'm stuck having to pay again to get somebody else to fix this mistake.
