First and foremost Customer service is key... no one greeted me upon arrival or even acknowledged I stood at their storefront for 10 minutes.... Ashley and Amia were the stylist today at 3:25pm. It's no wonder these places in small towns are going under. If you are to busy to greet a customer do t be upset when they stop going to your business. After checking Yelp, Google reviews, and a few other places, I decided to take my teenage daughter to Wyatt for 'the big chop.' He got her hair exactly how she wanted it (most of you know how hard teenagers are to please so this feat was extra impressive)! I have went here for several years. At this time there are 4 stylists and I only let one of them touch my hair. Ashley cut my hair way shorter and not even close to the photo I showed her, which was how it was cut before. My hair just needed trimmed. Another time Taryn cut my hair. The entire time I was in the chair she was gossiping about Ashley and Wyatt with the other stylist. Rude and unprofessional. The next time I went in the same two ladies and Wyatt were in there. He was cutting a man's hair and they were standing at the counter talking. At first I was irritated because they told me I would have to wait on him to finish up but let me tell you waiting was worth it. I showed him a photo of what I wanted. He my hair the way I wanted. Asked questions when unsure instead of just guessing. From then on he is the ONLY one in there I will let cut my hair. He does a great job. (BTW the other tow ladies gossiped while he cut my hair they weren't busy. They just didn't want to do it).
