The gel was gummy and I could tell it had not been cured long enough. The nail tech also left a big lump on my thumbnail where he had scraped part of the gel off and reapplied it. Because it was Easter, I waited till Monday to go back to the salon. When I showed them what has happened, they told me the same nail tech would have to repair it, and he was not in and he would be in Tuesday. I was told if I wanted it done for free, he was the one that had to fix it. So I went back Tuesday afternoon and was told that he was not in a gain. I explained that I was told he would be in and the receptionist referred me to his wife who said she would do it, but I would have to come back because she was busy. So for the third time I came back around 5 PM. This time a different nail tech came to the desk to talk to me and had me sit down with another nail tech to finally fix the issue. So they made me come back three different times and ended up having another nail tech fix the problem which they could've offered to do in the first place. This is the most unprofessional display of customer service I have ever encountered.
