I explained to her, in very specific detail what needed to be done with, and to, my hair. She said that would be no problem. When she got started she was very messy and got some dye on my hands. I then noticed that they dye was a dark brown. I asked why she was using this color and she said it would all blend in the end. I trusted her, which was my first mistake. At the end, when it was dry, there were still roots and she made my hair darker. Her reasoning was that there were lighter streaks in my hair. I didn't want lighter streaks, I wanted lighter all over! My hair was also fried. She used the worst products on my hair and it dried it out completely. I have long hair andI might have to cut it off now because it's so dry. I confronted her about this and she told me I could reschedule so she could fix it, which was fine. But I don't want her going anywhere near my hair ever again. I paid $75 for this and I'm requesting my money back. I learned my lesson though: Don't trust little country towns with ignorant, uneducated people, who have no idea what they're doing and don't know how to listen.

Made an appointment to see Kelsey she is a fairly new stylist showed her a picture from Pinterest…read moreof what I wanted she said she could do it the end result was the complete opposite of what I wanted I texted her pictures showing her problem areas she said she could fix it she also told me that over the weekend I should continue to wash my hair several times with regular shampoo along with the purple shampoo to help wash out some of the red that bled onto the blonde highlights the end result was that my hair ultimately turned pink and the blond highlights turned blotchy I texted her asking for a refund because the end result was nowhere near what I wanted she refuses to give me any part of a refund and says that she will fix it at this point I do not want her to touch my hair and fear of her making it worse I do not recommend going and seeing Kelsey at the salon

I visited once prior on a trip to that area and the two stylist then had boyfriend drama and one hid in the back area so she couldn't be seen through the windows. Tiffany was telling customers who walked in it would be more than an hour wait-and there were only two guest. She was left alone by another employee-obviously couldn't handle the stress of being alone and gave my husband the worst cut. She didn't even cut the hair on top of his head. We request a scissors cut and not the buzzcut-so I guess it's laziness or just flat out not knowing what the heck she's doing! And she said she cane from a store in Sherman where they have very extended wait periods. Good luck-send this one back to school and pass on this stylist or the salon itself. But the drama sure kept us occupied while we did wait. Please make sure you know this is the Durant,OK location.

She is condescending and negative and just absolutely unhelpful to customers…read more I live in Gainesville but I will drive to the Denton store- some 60 mile round trip! just to avoid this store. This is not a one off event. I've been there many times over the years. This woman should never be allowed near customers. She makes every interaction absolutely unpleasant and makes snide, sarcastic or digging remarks every chance she can. I've never heard a kind ward from her to customers or her employees. Most of the employees are nice but none of them seem to actually know what products to recommend. They tell me to come back when another more knowledgeable employee is working or just tell me that "other people seem to buy a lot of ..."
