The biggest thing I love about this salon is that my stylist (Mindy, Nancy's daughter) actually listens to what I want. Then she gives me good, honest feedback about how she thinks it would look. In just about every other salon I've been to, the stylist has listened to what I asked for, and then done something completely different -- generally whatever it was she wanted to do. With "chain" salons, I found that the stylists really had only mastered a handful of styles. That doesn't happen at Styles in Motion. I'm always pleased with my cut and color. From start to finish I felt heard and taken care of. One of my biggest pet peeves is a stylist painting your forehead with coloring and not removing it completely before you leave the salon.
