I'll admit, there was a bit of panic when I found out Hair It Is was closed (okay, a big panic, especially as I'd waited to get my roots done until I was in Sedona and was becoming more and more brunette by the minute), but luckily I was able to find her here thanks to Yelp. She was able to get me in just hours after I called (conveniently someone else canceled - usually she's pretty busy so you'll want to book ahead). The cut and color were perfect. Perfect! On top of her phenomenal technical ability, Sherri's such a sweetheart and it's always a pleasure to see her. The salon itself is really nice, modern and spacious. And the reclining chairs at the shampoo sinks? Pretty much the most genius thing to ever happen to the salon world.

She proceeded to cut it shorter, but failed to measure the sides, hair over my ears which I HATE, hair sticking out behind both sides of my ears...no textur, no product offered..I paid $26 for this? I realize they do cheaper haircuts, but me being a senior, do they not offer a discount for that?
