Sally's didn't have SoftSheen-Carson's Wave Nouveau Moisturizing Finishing Mist that my mother in law was looking for. Disappointing? Yes. Worth deducting 2 stars for? No. They also didn't know when their stock truck would come during the week and what would be on it. My mother in law said that this isn't just a pandemic deal, this is the way they have operated in the past. I don't know why this is the case. I would think that a small business like this would be especially on top of keeping inventory and being in touch with their suppliers. This place has a wide assortment of great products for your needs and wants- including for different types of hair.
