Over the past year I have heard Olivia's name over an over again from many friends in many different circles. I finally decided to give her a whirl last week and I was not disappointed. Olivia at Cloud 9 gave me an excellent cut that made my very long hair more manageable and easy to handle. She did all this without taking too much off and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend her and her very professional shop for a great experience.

She's also fantastically talented and doesn't cut more hair than I ask. Which is great because many stylists do what they think should be done even if you ask specifically for your own look. We managed to squeeze in my daughter's trim one day, and I was impressed with Olivia's patience, as well as her ability to swiftly remove tangles from two feet of hair without bringing tears to my 8 year olds ever so sensitive eyes. Amazing. Highly recommend.

Not the worst I've had but no one wants to say that after leaving a salon. Its chopped and flat and after paying for a blowout, the stylist told me that she's not a magician and can't give me volume, an unabashed admittance of incompetence. I've sat with it for a week and I'm very disappointed I chose to get my hair cut here. The photo of everyone looking professional was not the case for my appointment, and neither was the stylist, Cheyenne, contacting me over text message to argue with me about my experience.
