We came in for my daughter to get a pixie cut. Now I know you can't put hair back but if my daughter would have said she didn't like it short we would have stopped there. My daughter said she wanted to keep going and to get the pixie cut, but we ended up walking out of the salon with super short hair and my daughter looking like a boy with the final haircut that she received. Now she is embarrassed to go out in public fearing that people with look at her and think she is a boy. This haircut is no where near the hair style that we asked for. I don't know if she was rushing because she was already half an hour or so behind and she wanted to get to her other client or what but that shouldn't matter. Everyone should receive the care they deserve when they come in. Certainly not happy with this experience. Not sure after this if we will be going back.
