I brought my Mother into your salon this morning hoping to find someone willing to give her hair…read moresome TLC. My Mother had an awful snarl of a mess on the back of her hair from years of rejecting hair care. I struck luck to find my Mother in a semi cooperative mood this morning about the possibility of allowing her hair to be cut. We were in the area when I noticed your salon and I ran into see if you had anyone available to help. I spoke with Ashley who said she was available. When I say my Mothers hair was a mess, this is not at all an exaggeration, yet Ashley was kind, patient, polite and jumped right in. I really thought for sure Ashley was going to have to shave the entire back of my Mothers head, however Ashley patiently combed, cut and was able to save a large portion of my Mothers hair. Ashley was then able to wash, and give her hair the cutest / stylish cut in the back and turned the sides my Mother wanted to keep into a perfect masterpiece. My Mother who has been so reluctant for years was tickled and I could not had been more grateful and impressed with Ashley's services and equally as important her kindles and compassion. Thank you very much!

B) Affordability - the price has changed a bit over the years, but I still can get away with a good haircut, wash, and tip for about $15-$16.00. C) Flexibility - I have a crazy schedule at times, and both Sandy and Darcy have worked with me to meet my needs. I've had haircuts at 7:30 in the morning (when that was the only time I could make it in) and squeezed onto their normal evening hours (in order to give me what I needed). They really go out of their way to work with you, and I appreciate it wholeheartedly. Recommended without hesitation.

Now I know you can't put hair back but if my daughter would have said she didn't like it short we would have stopped there. My daughter said she wanted to keep going and to get the pixie cut, but we ended up walking out of the salon with super short hair and my daughter looking like a boy with the final haircut that she received. Now she is embarrassed to go out in public fearing that people with look at her and think she is a boy. This haircut is no where near the hair style that we asked for. I don't know if she was rushing because she was already half an hour or so behind and she wanted to get to her other client or what but that shouldn't matter. Everyone should receive the care they deserve when they come in. Certainly not happy with this experience. Not sure after this if we will be going back.
