As for the fries, they're really quite good. They're cooked in rapeseed oil which reduced the calories and also with the skin on, which is varies the flavour in a good way. They're not the crunchiest chips I've ever had, but certainly the tastiest and I don't think crunchy would have worked at all well with the dish overall, so I was pleased to have the ones that they did. We ended up coming here because of #SecretBrixton, and I'm glad because otherwise I would never have come to Brixton let alone Hot Chip.
