Plus I was told I could come up to an hour earlier to do my own warm up and stay up to an hour after and do more if I had any energy left. That half hour was time well spent. My trainer made sure I was getting the most out of my workout and pushed me to my limit. I then decided I would take a few classes. I took a spin class as I had heard it is a good work out. Plus I ride my bike to work so I figured it couldn't be that bad. The first day I strolled in everyone else in the class had on jerseys and had clipped into their pedals with their bike shoes. After listening to most of the conversation I figured most of the class were amateur competitors. Basically I walked out of there weak legged, but determined to improve. Unfortunately the class was canceled, but I actually learned a lot about riding technique that I still use today. I then took an all ladies boot camp class. I loved this class and wish they still offered it. I think they have an all ladies running class, but well my knees have informed me that they would rebel if forced to attend. Instead I took on the speed and agility class. I used to call it 'dog training' as you run through and jump over obstacles for most of the class. However, if that last description makes it sound like a breeze think again. Expect to sweat your way to a better you no matter what class you take here. The class sizes tend to be small so the instructor can make sure you are suffering just enough. The gym itself is great. The equipment is modern, clean and well maintained. The staff are all friendly and good at what they do. My only complaint is the billing system. I signed up using my credit card for 6 months of classes on a Monday night. Monday being the day that most of the stat holidays are on. I noticed on my billing that I paid for classes that were canceled on stats and for classes when the instructor was unexpectedly called out of town. I was able to easily resolve this, but should not have had to check.

They really care about your forms and always give very helpul tips. I've progressed so much already and they exceeded my expectations. Every class gives you a full body workout that pushes you to your OWN limits, concentrating on every area of your body. I found in the past that boot camps concentrate on one specific area, anyone that's done lunges and squats knows there a limit and in past boot camps I have not been able to walk let alone work out for a few days after. That is NOT the way to do it. I leave Tyron's class feeling worked, sore but manageable and definitely ready for the next class. I lost 5 pounds in my first two weeks and am starting on my 2nd month of boot camp today. He offers great incentives to bring friends and family and major discounts for signing someone you know up. It's worth every penny :)

You can start off with one on one training and after a few months of getting in shape, I recommend connecting with the small groups in the daily scheduled boot camps! I have referred about 20 people to Team Fitness and many of them have stuck with it and are in great shape now. They also have a nutritionist that tailors a 90 day meal plan for you. She asked me what I already like to eat and I let them know that I have no time to prepare food. The plan was so easy to follow and included things like boiled eggs and an apple for breakfast, 15 almonds for a snack before lunch and the essential cheat meal I looked forward to once a week.
