Jeff came at the exact time he said he would and quickly went to work. We decided to have the wires hidden behind the wall when he arrived. Just in case that was not possible, he had extra wire covers ready (we have a lot of wires connected to the TV from the two video game consoles, Sonos, etc). He hooked everything up pretty quickly and I noticed he was very particular about getting everything right, measuring stuff and making sure everything was well balanced. He was able to come out and give me an estimate that same day which was awesome. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time which is always a plus. We told him what we wanted painted but we really didn't have any colors in mind we just knew we needed a paint job. Joe suggested some colors that I would have never considered and little did we know that we would go with those suggested colors and our walls would look amazing. The price was very reasonable and if Joe feels that you don't need a wall or a room painted, he won't paint it, it not about painting more rooms to get extra money with this company. I needed help (i) mounting 2 TV's, (ii) routing wires from tv's into closets, (iii) connecting built in speakers which were here when I moved in, to my TVs, (iv) setting up a receiver for the speakers, (v) setting up Apple Play for my built in speakers In terms of price, Sherman quoted me on the project (vs hourly like some others do) which was definitely more economical and great to know exactly what you're in for. The existing wire system in my apartment was old so it took a long time for Sherman to work around and with the existing wire system but did so without complaint. He also came back 3 additional times after the initial installation just to adjust some minor issues (which wasn't his fault) and addressed all of them in a timely manner. He made sure that the job was completed - comprehensively. He won't let an issue go unresolved and he will make sure you're happy with the outcome. Couldn't be happier with his work and I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for AV work at home.
